We have a Shower Room available, with beautiful Aesop Wash and Hair Products, so that you can keep moving with your day, get back to work or off to lunch with the girls right from the Studio.

If you're an overstretched mumma or grandmumma, Team Nurture is keeping it real...if the only way you can CHOOSE.YOU during the school holidays is to bring the kids with you, please do it.

Life has us all overstretched and overscheduled...we know you're busy, we really do. To allow Team Nurture to best take care of you, we REALLY appreciate 24 hrs notice if you're not able to make it or need to reschedule. When you receive your reminder SMS, give us a shout right away if you can't make it, or just reply to the sms you receive. Cancellations within 24 hrs may be subject to charge, in line with our cancellation policy...we hate to do it...but...we appreciate your help.

On your first visit, you’ll be greeted by Team Nurture, who will give you a tour of the Studio, show you where to leave your things, and get you started on your bespoke program.

What to wear If you’re using the Papilio Fat Burning System, you’ll need to wear sneakers/trainers. Other treatments have no specific requirements. We provide robes for you to use in the Studio. We’ll supply you with a body stocking to get changed into for your endermologie body session – you can keep your underwear or use the paper g-strings provided.

If you’re using the emsculpt or the airpod, you can stay fully clothed, and no special outfit is required. The facials, cool body fat freezing and HIFU will need to lift up or remove your top, so a top and pants may be easier than a dress, but either way, we’ve got robes and towels to ensure you’re comfortable.

Your sneakers if you’re using the Papilio Fat Burning System, your earphones for some music or a podcast and a smile. We’ll take care of the rest. We’ve got towels, a water fountain, Robes for you to wear in the Studio etc. Note the Dishes in each room for your belongings, especially your jewelry if you’re going in one of our saunas.

No lock in contracts on our Programs – if you can’t be here – no pressure – we’ll be waiting with open arms for when you can join us again.

Some Programs do have a time limit on them, to ensure you get the best results therapeutically. For example, the cool body fat freezing requires two treatments four weeks apart, so we only sell that therapy in a package of two treatments, and we ensure you use them both in the four weeks.

Likewise, your TripleNurture Program will expire after one calendar month, as it’s designed to kick start your wellness regime, and you’ll get the best results if you use all 24 fabulous therapies within one calendar month.

If you’re going away, no problem, talk with Team Nurture and we’ll freeze your Program for you where we can.

The Studio is open whenever we have appointments. We do try to close by school pick up time each Friday, and generally close on Sundays.

Our Team of Regenerative Therapists are busy working mums and grandmas, juggling life just.like.you. Some work full time and some part time, so coming by the Studio between 10am and 4pm Monday – Thursday allows us to offer the programs at a heavier discount because we’ve always got staff available at those times to Nurture you.

Different makes the world go round, spesh makes the world go round, and we are celebrating the fact that we are all a little bit different, we all have different amounts of time to devote to our wellness, to ourselves, we all have different commitments that dictate how many times a week we can drop by the studio, we all have different conditions and quirks about our bodies that require consideration, we all have different definitions of wellness, we all have different goals....even from one month to the next! We're here to ride that wave with you, to ensure your goals are realistic and to support you EVERY.STEP.OF.THE.WAY...
